Return and Refund Policy
Right to Regret: According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return due to regret. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use along with the purchase invoice.
Exchange/Return Process: To begin the process, the customer must contact our Customer Service, providing the order number and the reason for the exchange/return. Emails and numbers are in the "Contact" tab.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Refund: Refund will be made after analysis of the returned product. If everything is in accordance with our policy, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase, but orders paid via bank slip are made by bank deposit.
Exchange for another product: Exchange for another product can be made, as long as the value of the new product is equal to or greater than the value of the original product. If the value is higher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
